This investment covers TW RACING’s complete brand portfolio, including D2, K-SPORT, XYZ, AIR FORCE, and RACING TEAM, and also incorporates its real estate and F&B businesses.

COOL BEAR has reestablished a stronger research, development, and testing team, offering a 5-year oil leakage warranty on suspensions and air suspensions, and a 10-year oil leakage warranty on brake systems—delivering industry-leading quality and the longest warranty coverage in the aftermarket.

Leveraging this milestone, COOL BEAR is actively advancing its IPO plans and attracting international investment, with the goal of establishing manufacturing facilities in Europe, the United States, China, and Japan, further expanding its global footprint.

While continuing to support existing brand customers, COOL BEAR will place a strong emphasis on OEM/ODM manufacturing services and will accommodate small-batch orders.
