1. Amateur Type (OEM-Compatible Installation)
This type of suspension is designed to be installed directly onto
the original chassis of the vehicle without requiring structural
modifications. It retains the factory camber geometry and is limited
in both travel and overall length. Due to these constraints, it is not
capable of withstanding the stresses associated with high-speed
jumps or severe ground impacts typically encountered in professional
rally events. Consequently, this type is best suited for amateur-level
competitions or general off-road use. (See illustration in Picture 1.)
2. Professional Type (Chassis-Mod Required Installation)
The professional-grade suspension features extended travel and longer
springs, making it ideal for rugged, uneven terrains and capable of
absorbing the intense impacts from jumps and high-speed landings.
Installation of this system requires modifications to the car body and
chassis to accommodate the increased suspension stroke. This design
is standard in professional rally vehicles that compete under extreme
conditions. (Refer to Pictures 2 and 3 for reference.)
If you purchase the amateur suspension, we can design them to install directly without modification. However, this suspension can't achieve the needs of 100% professional races because of insufficient stroke
Our company provided suspensions for professional racing cars in WRC RALLY2 and has won many championships. As illustrated in picture 4 and picture 5
They use our professional suspensions, which cost USD5000-USD6000 per set
PS. If you choose the professional suspension, you can freely select the length of the stroke and the spring (kg/mm) to meet your professional racing needs. Our engineer will design the suspension according to your needs. After you place the order, we will send the drawing with the measurements for your confirmation
